Too many halfway houses; as they called it in Singapore, now they even have coined the word 3/4 way house, are established in the small island. Having veered away from the original objective of halfway homes; which is to provide a temporary buffer for prisoners to re-intergrated into the society. The halfway homes in Singapore now is becoming profit making organization, and use as a show case for some individual 'reformed' convicts, to show off their good works, not how good the ex prisoners had become.
Singaporeans must beware of such organizaiion using Christian faith as a lure and bate to deceive both the publics and those innocent Christians.
By inviting the Television net work to produce some chorographed documentary. does not neccessary review the true picture of the organization. Christianity, as it is known to billions of believers in the world; is not projected as boisterous and high and mighty religion. It is always view as a humble, quiet and serene religion.

By exploiting many ex-addicts and convicts who had no home and relatives to turn to, they were promise everything from heaven and earth whence they were to stay in this home; called The New Charis Mission. The catch is; so long as one must submit (kow tow) to the authorities; that's the staff and leaders (not Jesus Christ). Especially one must submit totally, without questioning to the Leader.
The authority he commands is that; he can see vision and hear voices from heaven. So, who can argue with a person who has direct conection with heavenly being. He was able to perform stunts like the illusionist David Blain, fasting for tens of days and not forgetting to let everyone know about it, just like David Blain, showing the whole world how he did his 42 days fast.
We must not allow an unscrupulous individual with outerior motives, to defile and disgrace a greatest saint; the name of Jesus Christ. And misled others as; what Christianity should have been.
Beware, all Christian in the world, of those loud and boisterous persons, who thought Jesus Christ is just another gangster chief.
